We offer a customer-first refund and return policy. If you don’t like your candles no problem. We allow you to open the box, carefully take out your candle, and experience the cold scent. If you don’t like the scent (unlikely) you can ship the candle back and we’ll refund you the candle price and the shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
